After how good the Tetris movie was on Apple TV+, I am pumped for Gran Turismo movie. Especially after seeing the trailer and having better idea of what kind of movie it is aiming to be. I am interested in seeing the story, and some epic racing scenes.

I’m a fan and believer in Blomkamp. District 9 is one of my favourite films of all time. Elysium was “good” (not amazing), and Chappie just didn’t do it for me. I also saw Demonic and it was alright. Still need to see his OATS Studios content. Such a shame his Alien and Robocop films didn’t go through, but here’s hoping this film turns out to be a great watch.

Also I wonder what film he’s working on here: “So, it’s actually a dystopian science fiction script I sold to Sony that started the conversation. As the pre-production process went on I started to get very eager just to work on something, and at that point they said, “How about Gran Turismo?”

Wow! Complete surprise how good this look! I’m there day 1. Thought it was going to be so bad is good type movie but definitely there with my ticket in the theater
